Creating Themes
Adding desklets to your desktop
AveDesk comes with several pre-packaged desklets you can add to your desktop. The most commonly used feature of AveDesk is the PidlShortcut. These are shortcut icons that reside on your desktop and can be set to display information about the shortcut, such as hard drive space, number and size of files in a folder, or how many files are in the recycle bin.
When in combination with SysStats, AveDesk can function much like DesktopX in the kinds of desklets it can run. These can include weather desklets, rss readers, converters, system information monitors, clocks, calendars, and more.
Features
AveDesk can not only be eye candy sitting on your desktop, but can also be functional and uses a small amount of RAM (about 10mb).
