[edit] How to use Rumshot
There is no installer for Rumshot, just unzip it and run the Rumshot.exe. It does however require .NET Frameworks 2.0 to be installed. To use the Rumshot themes, place the .rstheme files in the My Documents/Rumshot Themes folder. They will then be listed when the application is opened.
To make your screenshot, setup your desktop the way you want, open Rumshot, select the theme you want to use, and click on Take Screenshot. Select a different theme if you want, and when you're satisfied click on Save Screenshot. You can click on the Toggle Settings button to configure the options. You can save your screenshot as a .jpg and the preview as a .png (to preserve transparency). You can also adjust the quality settings and set it up to upload the screenshot to an FTP.

[edit] Make your own Rumshot theme
Rumshot comes with several themes already, but you can make your own if you choose to do so. The .rstheme files are renamed zips, to see how a theme works rename the file to .zip and unzip it. They're basically made of a few .png images and an .xml file. Use one of the included themes as a template when creating your own. Be sure to check out the Rumshot Guide for more detailed instructions.
